Our Sleep services.
Sleep is a necessity, not a luxury.
Have you been told, “Get ready to never sleep again?” Or maybe, “It’s normal for your toddler to only be able to sleep with you?”
The truth is: You can be a loving, nurturing mother AND help your child develop healthy sleep habits.
Well-rested children are happier, healthier, and more resilient - and so are their parents. Whether you're preparing for your newborn's arrival or helping an older child develop better sleep patterns, you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
As a sleep consultant, I understand that each family's values and parenting style are unique. I'm here to help you create a gentle, effective sleep plan that honors your family's needs while helping everyone get the rest they deserve.
Let's help your family become rooted and grounded in restful sleep.

FAQs
Can we improve sleep without using "cry-it-out" methods?
Absolutely! While I don't use cry-it-out methods, I believe in clear, consistent approaches that help the whole family thrive. We'll work together to create a practical plan that supports your family's values while teaching your little one valuable sleep skills. You'll learn how to be supportively present while your child develops healthy sleep habits.
What should I expect regarding crying during sleep learning?
It's important to be honest - learning any new skill involves some protest, and sleep learning is no different. Just as your baby might fuss when learning to walk, they'll likely express some frustration when learning to fall asleep independently. I'll help you understand normal protest versus distress, and show you how to remain calmly present while your child learns this essential life skill. Remember: once children learn how to fall asleep independently – which can happen quite quickly – the protesting subsides.
Can you help us transition from co-sleeping?
Yes! If co-sleeping isn't working for everyone in the family, I can help you transition to independent sleep arrangements that benefit the whole family. We'll create a clear plan that helps your child learn to sleep in their own space while maintaining family harmony.
How do working parents manage sleep support?
Many families successfully implement sleep changes over a long weekend (Friday to Monday). We'll create a straightforward plan that works with your schedule and includes practical strategies for maintaining consistency with other caregivers. I provide clear guidance for working with daycare providers or nannies to ensure your child's sleep success continues everywhere.
When is the ideal time to begin sleep support?
While formal sleep teaching typically begins around 12 weeks, we can shape healthy sleep habits from day one. I help families establish solid routines that set everyone up for success. My approach focuses on what works for real families in real situations.
